Our sessions
Your first session
Our first session can be as soon as the following day if I have a slot available that is convenient for you.
This session is 50 minutes long and provides an opportunity for us to meet and for you to tell me a little bit about yourself and for me to tell you a little about myself and how I work as a therapist.

It's perfectly normal to feel nervous, anxious or even angry or ashamed before your first appointment no matter who you are and I will try my best to put any fears to rest.
​
Change isn't easy, that is why you are reading now and that is what I am here to help you find.
This session will be massive for you.
​
We'll talk about how many sessions we'll have, what might come up, how long the process might be and I'll try to put you at ease. the best I can.
Moving forward
If you decide to move forward with your therapy then we will make a plan and I will email you some forms for you to look through and sign.

I recommend booking the first 6 sessions to allow the work to begin, and we can re-assess then, it takes time, of course it does, but it is time well spent.

We are all different, and we all need help in different ways, at different stages of our progress through change and therapy with me will be tailored specifically to you, who you are and what you think works for you from a non-judgemental, unbiased perspective.
